Metal Fabricating Services:

CNC Machining

• Multi-axis machinging of stainless steel, steel alloys, carbon steel, aluminum, brass & plastic.

Welding

• Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW)--Metal inert gas (MIG Welding)—this semi automatic process uses a continuous  wire feed.
• Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW)--Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG Welding)—a manual welding process that is extremely precise, especially useful for welding thin materials.
• Stainless Steel Welding—using  the MIG, TIG or ARC/Stick welding processed.

CNC Plasma Cutting

• Plasma is an effective means of cuting thin and thick materials alike (up to 1”)

 Many of our fabricated items are used by Railroad Passenger Cars for collection of human waste using light gauge stainless steel metal.  Examples of our custom metal fabrication:  Tanks—Covers—Guards—Brackets—Cabinets—Frames
